FITNESS AND TONE
Fitness and Tone classes in central Oxford led by Emma-Jane Greig. A high-energy intensive workout guaranteed to keep those bikini bodies staying toned, bodies feeling supple and your mind feeling refreshed.
Class is split into three main areas; warm-up, tone-up and cool down accompanied by a great selection of music that will ensure you are dancing your way through the exercises.
Staying fit should be fun! We provide an inclusive environment open to all ages, body types and fitness levels.

This class will be moving to a Monday night from 8th May 2017.
