Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Yoga classes in central Oxford led by experienced yoga instructor Emma-Jane Greig. Emma-Jane graduated from Yoga London in 2015 and has been teaching yoga in Oxford for two years. Originally from a dance background her sequences are often inspired by strong powerful and dynamic movement.
Her classes offer a creative, empowering, physical and fun evening flow. The focus is on balance, breathing and building strength and flexibility. Finding some much needed time for yourselves is a perfect way to kick-start the working week. Guaranteed to make you feel stronger both physically and mentally.
Classes are for all levels, fitness and body types. Modifications, adjustments and laughter offered throughout. Sun Salutes, standing postures, twists, backbends, and inversions are included in each class.
Mats and props are provided.
